In 2010, Blue Middle East (BME) introduced Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) to the UAE Region by opening the first ever DEF production facility in the Middle East region. The objective behind the regional manufacturing facility was to raise customer service levels to new heights along with providing economical solution to clients.

DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) with a common name, AUS 32 is an aqueous colorless Urea solution. It converts harmful emissions for the Diesel engine Exhaust into Nitrogen and Water.

BME's manufacturing facility is capable of supplying significant volumes at any given time. With high quality equipment and automated production, BME can manufacture and deliver DEF suitable ensuring a very short lead time.
