Can you please give me some information regarding the farm.

I need to know the location,availability of water supply,labour etc.

Is the farm on a lease basis-if yes ,what are the terms?Or is it on sale?

We are large sugar cane producers in Mauritius and we would like to venture in this activity.We also have ample knowlede in cash crop farming.
