I will not try any more Swahili for now i have been away for a long time. I am interested in one day moving back to Tanzania but would require a buisness property or small hotel. I used to be the manager of a hotel in kunduchi. I am looking at Bagamoyo but the properties for sale by the germans is very expencive. Perhaps you know someone who will make this a good price and maybe someone willing to enter into a partnership?
