All products within the MatraX International catalogue carry the European ACEA as well as the American API approval for engine lubricants. Also all MatraX products have been
awarded AENOR’s international quality certification, ISO 9001:2008 as well as the endorsement from the main manufacturers in the automotive industry.
ACEA and API: These acronyms belong to two of the biggest associations of automotive manufacturers and represent the two main international regulations that define the different tests that lubricants must undergo to be declared fit for purpose. Having received both certifications further guarantees MatraX Lubricants’ products, their positive impact on engine performance, their great durability and their role in reducing the risk of faults.
ISO 9001: The ISO 9001:2008 norm, developed by the International Organization for Standardization sets all the requisites and guidelines for quality management system and business practices which are in turn based on a cycle of continuous improvement.
